Drinking water is an art. We need to take utmost care and importance about this. It is as important as your food  intake.

Take cues from your body for drinking water.

The first cue will be parched lips. When you feel thirsty, your lips dry.  Drink water only when  you are thirsty.

Ensure to Sit while you drink water

Don't gulp. Sip water. Swish it all over your mouth and swallow   

Avoid driving water 30 minutes before and after meal
