how to use

1. Heat the herbal potli using a hot pan or microwave until warm.
2. Check temperature before application to ensure comfort.
3. Gently apply the warm potli to the desired external area using light pressing or circular movements.
4. Use for 10–15 minutes or until the potli cools.
5. Reheat and reuse during the same session if required.
