growing up amidst a large traditional family in coimbatore, tamil nadu, krithika was deeply influenced by the wisdom of traditional indian practices for personal hygiene and body care. this upbringing instilled in her a natural affinity for purity and simplicity. now based in bangalore, her journey toward wellness began with a clear mission: to ensure her loved ones experienced good health through mindful, healthier lifestyle choices.
