usage: generally few pinches of kesa shuddhi is sufficient if you are washing hair everyday. however... take 1/2, 1 or 2 spoons depending on the length of your hair or oil applied. make a paste with water ( runny consistency would be better) & apply to the wet scalp & hair. gently massage. it will lather up well. wash thoroughly with plain water till the residue & lather is clear. use again in the same method if required.
pl note.. the quantity to use kesa shuddhi depends on length of your hair, type of hair & oiliness in your hair.. even water type. so in few uses.. you will get to know how much you might need. the one thing you can be sure of is that the hair cleanser is 100% natural.
and we generally recommend applying atleast a little oil before every hair wash as this will help lock the natural oils in hair while the soapnuts & other ingredients in kesa shuddhi will cleanse & leave hair soft.  wishing you happy healthy hair

I'm grateful for my friend and colleague who introduced me to this wonderful brand, since then its been a constant companion, 4 years now! and I'm glad i tried :) kesha shuddhi is my fav one out of all the products I've tried so far. ofcourse there are few more in my list. but this one's helped me so much since I've never had a proper hair care routine before but once i started using this I've never looked back. but please be careful with the quantity you use. cuz it makes all the difference. the right amount of product can leave your hair super healthy and fresh while if its too much it may also dry your hair and scalp. when i learned to use it the right way it turned out to be the best choice i ever made for my scalp and hair. so happy to write a review for this product. small amount of the paste is giving enough lather, it is as simple as using shampoo no hassle.
I have curly frizzy hair, used kesa shuddhi, i like the foamy texture once mixed with water, it smelled great, however my hair got quite dry and frizzy even after using the frizz control cream i got from kalyashastra.
Smells so earthy
the product is good but the packaging needs to be improved. The plastic inside the paper pouch is cheap and should not be used if the company cares about the environment.
