usage: take 2-3 pumps of oil, gently massage on your scalp & apply it on your hair length. leave atleast 30 minutes or overnight. use kesa shuddhi or kesa anugrah to wash your hair. test patch is strongly recommended before regular use.

This is with regards to both the product and the tech/customer service.
Product: Yes, the dry frizzy hair of mine got silk and smooth and even the hair fall is reducing but not before I lost a bunch of hairs during combing and washing the hair during the initial days. I don't see people wanting to persevere like I did. And why must I buy multiple oils for regrowth and hair fall? Nat Habit has an anti-greying hair too. Why don't I see Kalyashasthra do this? I rather pay the bomb for a product from OWL that apparently covers all three in one go. And make some refills so that we don't buy tiny bottles forever.
Tech Service: My orders never get through and I have to rely on Divya to do the payments. And this technical glitch doesn't feel a big deal. Come on, spend some money and get the tech issues sorted. This has been going on for months now!!!!
Customer Service: While Divya does a fabulous job in getting my order through, I will never know if she put back the points I lost in futile ordering. These are bloody expensive products and I don't see why I must lose my points on a tech issue that is caused by Kalyashasthra? I am not comfy with the fact that I have to depend on the other for ordering and putting my points back, the latter of which, I will never be sure. I was also approached by a Riya when I bought last time but she would invariably redirect me to Divya who is busy for most times (I don't consider this her fault but other brands respond right away and I want that service, which is not too much to ask: I don't understand why I must be forced to do things against my wishes) ... With so many products that are interesting, I would want to see a routine suggested. But I can't approach Ms Kritika Prasad for this. Again, I appreciate what Rukhsaar Virani does at OWL ... she takes the time to clarify doubts and hearing from horse's mouth makes all the difference. Ms Prasad, I don't know what you do but I would appreciate if you're accessible. Really.

So, I give 1 star less for the product, 1 star less for the mediocre tech support maintained by Kalyashasthra and one point less for not having a specialist of these products respond to me on time. I order from so many brands and cannot wait for one brand to respond at their convenient time.

I've been using kesa amrut for a few weeks now, and I'm amazed by the results.I love how this hair oil uses natural bee pollen. It feels good to know I'm not using harsh chemicals on my hair. The results speak for themselves – my hair is softer and more manageable. thank you team!
